Thank you for visiting the consultation website for the redevelopment of Euro House, 54 – 66 High Street.
Following several months of consultation and engagement, Mackenzie Homes has submitted a planning application for the site to Hounslow Council in May 2022.
These proposals will regenerate a vacant and dilapidated building to deliver high quality homes, excellent new public space, and new commercial floorspace which enhances the offer, vibrancy, and vitality of Hounslow Town Centre.
Informed by discussions with local residents and stakeholders, alongside further technical work and assessment, the scheme has also been improved in a number of ways to achieve a higher quality of living for both residents and the surrounding community. This has included reductions in massing both in footprint to create additional public realm and in height to better respond to the surrounding context.
